Here is a detailed description of the user access rights for each area in Odoo 17:
- SALES
- Sales Access Rights:
- None: No access to sales features, reports, or dashboards.
- Administrator: Full control over all sales operations, including creating, editing, viewing, and deleting sales records. Administrators can configure sales settings and access all reports, dashboards, and insights, such as revenue trends, sales pipeline analysis, and salesperson performance.
- User: Own Documents Only: Can access only their assigned sales orders, quotations, and customer records. They can view reports related to their own sales, like personal revenue and pipeline progress.
- User: All Documents: Can view and manage all sales documents, regardless of ownership. However, they cannot configure settings. They have access to company-wide sales reports but cannot modify report settings.
- Commissions Access Rights:
- None: No access to commission features or reports.
- Own Documents Only: Can view and manage only their own commission records and reports.
- All Documents: Full access to view and manage all commission records and related reports across the company.
- SERVICES
- Project Access Rights:
- None: No access to projects or project reports.
- Administrator: Full control over projects, tasks, and configurations. Administrators can access detailed reports, such as task progress, billable hours, and project profitability.
- User: Can manage tasks and projects assigned to or shared with them. Users can view reports only for their assigned or shared projects.

- ACCOUNTING
