Our founders Mike & Simon bootstrapped much. Consulting from 5 to 60 people in 2 years. 



Where do we go - Our goals in the long-term

We want to grow to:

  • 40 – 50m€ in revenue in FY 2028
  •  250 – 350 employees
  • While keeping our “no bullshit” culture


→ For this we need 2023 to set up our future growth


For our marketing, that means - SCALE, SCALE, SCALE! 

The much. Strategy for marketing is simply: much. more. We are already active on a variety of channels that is driving our leads 

Our Goal: much. more leads


Leads Analysis shows us that in YoY comparison, overall we did achieve an increase in leads

Traffic up 100% across channels 

→ lower overall conversion due to market and wider funnel 



Lead economics

  • Per lead we did ~10k€ in new sales (-13% 2022 vs 2023). We expect to do roughly 4x - 5x CLV (CLV per lead = 40k€ - 50k€). Outlier strongly skews the curve. 
  • We spend about 500€ on the total marketing cost per lead. This quarter is probably 700€. This will go up with higher overhead and spend. 
  • → Our average sales per new lead is ~10k€, total marketing cost per lead should be 700 - 900€
