Import and process orders in Odoo

Orders are imported in Odoo with the following data :

• Customer Addresses (Customer, Invoice and Shipment/Delivery)

  • Street
  • Street 2
  • ZIP

  • Email (used for matching client information)
• Payment Information (Payment gateway, Currency)
• Fulfilment (Products, Quantities, Tracking reference and carrier)
• Shipping ( Shipping method, Shipping cost)

The integration allows you to :

Export shipment to Shopify

Once a delivery order associated with an imported Shopify order is Done, the integration allows you to : 

✅ Automatically export order shipment (real-time or scheduled) 

Process order cancellation, returns and refunds

If a customer wants to return an order from your Shopify online shop, the integration allows you to: 

✅ Automatically export order cancellation (real-time) 

✅ Automatically import order returns (real-time) -> only on v17

✅ Restock items in 1-click in Shopify once the return is validated 

✅ Refund orders in 1-click in Shopify  once the credit note is validated
