How to get support & report an issue?

Context on what are you trying to accomplish.

I am trying to import an order from Shopify to Odoo, but I am experiencing an error [paste error message]

Steps to follow to reproduce the issue.

I am using the manual order import functionality, and chose a specific order id from Shopify. I have chosen a payment term to apply to this order, and then clicked import. 

Odoo version that you are using.

I am using the Shopify integration for Odoo 17
