Overview

This module improves the traceability and management of serial-tracked products in Odoo, particularly for repairs and services (such as software updates). It enhances the Odoo Repair App by making tracking changes more user-friendly and accessible.

Key Features

Active Components Tab

✅ Displays all components currently installed in a serial-tracked product.

✅ Group by "Last Delivery Partner": Quickly see where a serial-numbered product is currently located (e.g., which customer has it).

✅ Helpdesk Integration: Adds a smart button on the serial number view when a helpdesk ticket is created, consolidating all key information in one place.
