I want to report an issue.
If you are facing a bug in your integration, please reach out to product@erp.muchconsulting.de. One of our product team member will reply asap.
To facilitate your issue's resolution, please provide as many details as possible to help our team track and solve the issue. Here is an example of useful informations about an issue :
Context on what are you trying to accomplish. | I am trying to import an order from Shopify to Odoo, but I am experiencing an error [paste error message] |
Steps to follow to reproduce the issue. | I am using the manual order import functionality, and chose a specific order id from Shopify. I have chosen a payment term to apply to this order, and then clicked import. |
Odoo version that you are using. | I am using the Shopify integration for Odoo 17 |
