​To facilitate your issue's resolution, please provide as many details as possible to help our team track ​and solve the issue. Here is an example of useful informations about an issue :
Context on what are you trying to accomplish. | I am trying to import an order from Shopify to Odoo, but I am experiencing an error [paste error message] |
Steps to follow to reproduce the issue. | I am using the manual order import functionality, and chose a specific order id from Shopify. I have chosen a payment term to apply to this order, and then clicked import. |
Odoo version that you are using. | I am using the Shopify integration for Odoo 17 |
