PayPal Integration for Odoo : Product Description

The PayPal Business Integration for Odoo allows you to enable PayPal related payment methods on your Odoo website. As a merchant, you'll be able to easily connect your PayPal business account in the Payment Providers pannel, as well as configure the payment provider to display a wide range of payment methods and messaging options. 

Integrated sign-up for merchants

To setup PayPal as a payment method, simply click the Get Started button in the PayPal Payment Provider card. In just a few clicks, you'll be able to :

✅ Upgrade your PayPal personal account to a business account

✅ Create a PayPal business account

Payment methods

The integration allows you to configure which payment methods you want to make available on your website, among the following : 

✅ Pay Later : allow your customers to pay in multiple instalments.

✅ Credit/Debit Card​​ : allow your customers to pay by card using the PayPal white labeled card fields.      

✅ Alternative Payment Methods​ : allow customers across the globe to pay using their local payment methods. 

✅ Venmo : allow customers from the US to pay with Venmo. *only available for US based merchants, buyers, and for transactions in USD.

Fast Checkout

The integration allows you to facilitate checkout for your customers

✅ Express Checkout : Display PayPal and Pay Later buttons on product and cart pages for a faster checkout flow. 

✅ Vaulting : allow your customers to save their favorite payment methods, for easier and faster checkout on their next visit.

Brand messaging

To drive conversion, the integration allows you to display banners on your website to let your customers know about the available payment methods. 

✅ Pay Later messaging​ : configure Pay Later banners, with 3 different placements and a combination of adjustments available. 

✅ Venmo messaging : Venmo banner available for US buyers and merchants.
