Summary: First v19 release with split checkout methods, 3D Secure support for digital wallets, partial refunds, and unified portal management.

New Features 🎉

  • Google Pay

Google Pay is now available as a standalone payment method. Customers can pay with their saved Google Pay cards at checkout and in express checkout. Supports 3D Secure authentication for cards that require it.

  • Apple Pay

Apple Pay is now available as a standalone payment method. Customers on supported devices (Safari, iOS) can pay with Apple Pay at checkout and in express checkout.

  • Split Checkout Layout

PayPal, Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay now appear as separate payment options at checkout instead of being grouped under a single dropdown. Customers can see and choose their preferred method at a glance.

  • Unified Payment Method Portal

Saved cards and Venmo tokens are now managed on a single "Payment Methods" page in the customer portal, replacing the previous separate "Payment Tokens" page.

  • Partial Refunds

Merchants can now issue partial refunds for PayPal transactions directly from the Odoo backend.
